Is Muhammad the last Prophet and the Qur'an the final revelation?

33:40 Muhammad is not the father of (any) one of your men, but the Messenger of Allah and Seal of the Prophets. And ever is Allah , of all things, Knowing.

(“Seal of the Prophets” (33:40) implies that there are no more Scriptures after the Qur’an, because Prophets came with a Book (19:30, 5:44, 4:163, 17:55), while Messengers confirm it (3:81). Verse 33:40 does not say that Muhammad is the last Messenger. Messengers are sent with clear proofs (57:25, 35:25); so they are to be followed and obeyed (7:158, 14:44, 36:20, 2:285, 24:47, 26:125, 5:92, 4:64, 64:12))(All Prophets are Messengers, but not all Messengers are Prophets. 5:3 Are made unlawful for you the dead animals, blood, the flesh of swine, and that which is dedicated to other than Allah, and that which is strangled, and that which is fatally hit, and that which has a fatal fall, and that which is gored by horns, and that which ate the wild animal except what you slaughtered, and that which is sacrificed on stone altars, and that you seek division by divining arrows - that is grave disobedience. This day those who disbelieve have despaired of your religion; so do not fear them, but fear Me. This day I have perfected your religion for you and I have completed My Favor upon you, and I have approved for you Islam as a religion. But whoever is forced by hunger with no inclination to sin, then indeed, Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

(Non-Muslims might object that it is not valid to say that Muhammad is the last Prophet and the Qur’an is the final revelation just because the Qur’an says so. But the Qur’an is obviously from God. Scriptures or books other than the Qur’an might have contradictions, scientific mistakes and there are not mathematical miracles. Some non-Muslims wrongly say that the mathematical miracles can be found in the Bible and in “any text” (War and Peace, Moby Dick, etc.), but it is not true, so they are in fact trying to make people think that there is nothing special about mathematics in a Scripture. And they give some examples, which are in fact really ridiculous and cannot be compared to the Qur’an at all, but their purpose is to make people think that mathematical miracles in the Qur’an are similar to it, while it isn’t. The mathematical miracles of the Qur’an are indeed miracles, while in the case of non-Muslims, in books other than the Qur’an, they try to make numbers match: they start anywhere they want and stop anywhere they want; if they can’t find anything interesting on that page, they move on to another page, etc., and finally, all they get is a ridiculous and unconvincing result)(Allah knows best)

77:50 Then in what statement after it will they believe?

35:43 (Due to) arrogance in the land and plotting of evil; but the evil plot does not encompass except its own people. Then do they wait except the way of the former? But you will never find in the way of Allah any change, and you will never find in the way of Allah any alteration.

10:15 And when Our Verses are recited to them as clear proofs, those who do not hope for the meeting with Us said, "Bring us a Qur’an other than this or change it." Say, "It is not for me to change it on my own accord. I follow not except what is revealed to me. Indeed, If I were to disobey my Lord, I fear the punishment of a Great Day."

(Christians and Jews deny the Qur’an, while it is obvious that the world needed a new Revelation to explain and clarify the Bible, because there are evidences that the Bible was corrupted, while the Qur’an has been preserved. 3:85 And whoever seeks other than Islam as religion - then never will it be accepted from him, and he, in the Hereafter, will be from the losers.
