Astrology, horoscope, tarot, fortune-telling, etc. Are they permissible in Islam?

Astrology, horoscope, tarot, fortune-telling, etc. Are they permissible in Islam?

18:22 They say three, the fourth of them being their dog; and they say five, the sixth of them being their dog - guessing about the unseen; and they say seven, and the eight of them was their dog. Say, "My Lord, knows best their number. None knows them except a few. So do not argue about them except with an obvious argument, and do not inquire about them among them from anyone."

5:90 O you who believe, verily, intoxicants and games of chance and (sacrifices at) altars and divining arrows are an abomination from the work of Satan, so avoid it so that you may be successful.

7:188 Say, "I have no power for myself to benefit and nor harm, except what Allah wills. And if I would know of the unseen, surely I could have multiplied of the good and no evil would have touched me. I am not except a warner and a bearer of good tidings to a people who believe."

27:47 They said, "We consider you a bad omen and those with you." He said, "Your bad omen is with Allah. Nay, you are a people being tested."

7:131 But when good came to them, they said, "This is for us." And if bad afflicts them, they ascribe evil omens to Moses and those with him. Behold, their evil omens are only with Allah but most of them do not know.

11:123 And to Allah is the unseen of the heavens and the earth, and to Him will be returned the matter, all of it, so worship Him, and put your trust in Him. And your Lord is not unaware of what you do.

31:34 Indeed, Allah, with Him is the knowledge of the Hour, and He sends down the rain, and knows what is in the wombs. And no soul knows what it will earn tomorrow, and no soul knows in what land it will die. Indeed, Allah is All-Knower, All-Aware.

4:51 Do you not see those who were given a portion of the Book? They believe in superstition and false deities, and they say about those who disbelieve[d] "These are better guided to the way than those who believe[d]. 4:52 Those are the ones whom Allah has cursed, and whoever Allah curses then you will never find any helper for him. 4:53 Or for them/(have they) (is) a share of/(in) the Kingdom? Then they would not give the people (even as much as the) speck on a date seed.
