Do pets / animals go to Heaven? Do pets / animals have souls?

6:38 And there is no animal on the earth and nor a bird that flies with its wings – but they are communities like you. We have not neglected in the Book anything, then to their Lord they will be gathered.

81:5 And when the wild beasts are gathered,

22:18 Do you not see that to Allah prostrates whoever is in the heavens and whoever is on the earth, and the sun, and the moon, and the stars, and the mountains, and the trees, and the moving creatures and many of the people? But upon many the punishment is justly due. And whoever Allah humiliates, then for him there is no bestower of honor. Indeed, Allah does what He wills.

21:79 And We gave understanding of it to Solomon, and to each We gave judgment and knowledge. And We subjected the mountains and the birds to glorify Our praises with David. And We were the Doers.

24:41 Do you not see that Allah is glorified by whoever is in the heavens and the earth and the birds with wings outspread? Each one verily knows its prayer and its glorification. And Allah is All-Knower of what they do.

17:44 The seven heavens and the earth and whatever is in them glorify Him. And there is not a thing except glorifies His Praise, but you do not understand their glorification. Indeed, He is Ever-Forbearing, Oft-Forgiving."

37:142 Then the fish swallowed him, while he was blameworthy. 37:143 And if he had not been of those who glorify 37:144 Certainly, he (would have) remained in its belly until the Day they are resurrected.

42:29 And among His Signs is the creation of the heavens and the earth and whatever creatures He has dispersed in both of them. And He is All-Powerful over their gathering, when He wills.

38:17 Be patient over what they say, and remember Our slave David, the possessor of strength. Indeed, he (was) repeatedly turning. 38:18 Indeed, We subjected the mountains, with him, glorifying in the evening and (at) sunrise. 38:19 And the birds assembled, all with him, repeatedly turning (awwabun).

(Verse 50:31 says that Paradise is for “everyone who turns”. According to Verse 38:19, birds assembled with David, repeatedly “turning”)(Note: despite “turning” is in singular, it refers to birds, because “kullun” (all) also means or implies “each”)(Allah knows best)

50:31 And the Paradise will be brought near to the righteous, not far. 50:32 "This (is) what you were promised, for everyone who turns (awwabin) (and) who keeps,

52:22 And We will provide them with fruit and meat from what they desire. 52:23 Therein they will pass to one another a cup, therein (there will be) no ill speech and no sin.

(Verses 52:22-23 and 56:21 are in the context of being in Paradise, and people is provided with meat / birds)(Allah knows best)

56:12 In Gardens of Pleasure, ... 56:21 And the flesh of fowls (tayrin) of what they desire.

2:25 And give good news to those who believe, and do righteous deeds, that for them (will be) Gardens, under which rivers flow. Every time they are provided with a provision of fruit therefrom, they will say, "This is what we were provided with before." And they will be given therefrom in resemblance; And they will have therein purified spouses, and they will abide therein forever.
