How many distinct groups of people at the Last Judgement?

How many distinct groups of people at the Last Judgment?

56:7 And you will become three kinds. 56:8 Then the companions of the right, what are the companions of the right? 56:9 And the companions of the left, what are the companions of the left? 56:10 And the foremost are the foremost, 56:11 Those are the ones nearest.

(According to Verse 56:7, there are three kinds)(Allah knows best)

90:17 Then he is of those who believe and enjoin (each other) to patience, and enjoin (each other) to compassion. 90:18 Those are the companions of the right 90:19 But those who disbelieve in Our Verses, they are the companions of the left.

(Verses 90:18-19 do not mention the number of groups, but only describe two of them. The Verses of the Qur’an are not mutually exclusive, but complement each other)(The foremost are believers, like the companions of the right, but the foremost have the best rank)(Allah knows best)

99:6 That Day, mankind will proceed in scattered groups (ashtatan) to be shown their deeds. 99:7 So whoever does an atom’s weight of good will see it, 99:8 And whoever does an atom’s weight of evil will see it.

(The root of “ashtatan” (scattered groups) is “Shiin-Ta-Ta” and it means “to separate, be scattered, be dispersed, be divided, etc.”; the Verse is also interpreted as “mankind will proceed separately”. This Verse does not mention “kinds” or the number of kinds, but the way mankind will proceed)(Allah knows best)

35:32 Then We caused to inherit the Book those We have chosen of Our slaves; and among them (is he) who wrongs himself, and among them (is he who is) moderate, and among them (is he who is) foremost in good deeds by Allah’s permission. That is the great Bounty.

(Verse 35:32 mentions three kinds as well)(Allah knows best)

4:95 Not equal are the those among the believers who sit, except those who are disabled, and those who strive in the way of Allah with their wealth and their lives. Allah has preferred in rank those who strive with their wealth and their lives to those who sit. And to all Allah has promised the best. And Allah has preferred those who strive over those who sit, with a great reward,

(According to this Verse, there is a distinction among the believers. One is preferred over the other)(Allah knows best)

32:18 Then is one who is a believer like (him) who is defiantly disobedient? They are not equal.

(And there is also a distinction between the believers and those who are defiantly disobedient / disbelievers (2:99))(Allah knows best)

2:99 And indeed We revealed to you clear Verses, and none disbelieve in them except the defiantly disobedient.

64:2 He is the One Who created you, and among you is a disbeliever and among you is a believer. And Allah is All-Seer of what you do.

(The context of Verse 64:2 is making a distinction between believers and disbelievers, so the context is not about comparing the believers among each other)(In conclusion, the Verses of the Qur’an are not mutually exclusive, so the mention of two “groups” (believers vs disbelievers) in one Verse does not imply that there are no ranks among the believers. So, there are three kinds (56:7), two of them are believers, because one kind of believers is preferred over the other in rank (4:95))(Allah knows best)
