The Qur’an on “womb”

The Qur’an on “womb”

13:8 Allah knows what every female carries, and what the womb fall short, and what they exceed. And everything with Him (is) in due proportion.

(“What the womb fall short” is interpreted as premature birth)(Another interpretation - according to the article “Womb” in “miracles-of-quran(dot)com”, the Verse refers to the womb lining (Endometrium), which changes thickness during menstrual cycle; “during menstrual cycle the thickness of the womb lining (Endometrium) increases several folds (2-16mm))(According to the article “Stages in the menstrual cycle” by “obos anatomy & menstruation contributors”, “the lining of the uterus, called the endometrium, thickens and then thins over the course of a menstrual cycle and thickens considerably during pregnancy. Embedded in this lining are glands that can secrete a fluid that will help nourish a pregnancy until a placenta is formed. In a typical menstrual cycle, estrogen made by the maturing ovarian follicle causes the glands to grow and the endometrium to thicken (partly through an increased blood supply). This thickening of the uterine lining is called the proliferative phase of the menstrual cycle. It can vary in length, generally lasting between six and 20 days”)(Allah knows best)
