Do Muslims and non-Muslims theists worship the same God?

Do Muslims and non-Muslims theists worship the same God?

29:46 And do not argue with the People of the Book except by which is best, except those who do wrong among them, and say, "We believe in that which has been revealed to us and to you. And our God and your God is One, and we submit to Him."

109:1 Say, "O disbelievers, 109:2 I do not worship (a’budu) what you worship (ta’buduna). 109:3 Nor are you worshipers (‘abiduna) of what I worship (a’budu) … 109:6 For you is your religion, and for me is my religion."

(Verses 109:2-3 and 29:46 do not contradict each other anyhow, because, the root of “worship” is “Ayn-Ba-Dal”, and it means “serve, obey with submissiveness or humility, obedience, slave, etc.”, so the matter in Chapter 109 is about Muslims being slaves/obeying God, and disbelievers being slaves/obeying other than God (e.g. following their desires, their chiefs, their idols, etc.). If Christians believe in God, and follow, for example, their monks (9:31), then they are not servants of / worshiping God, then Muslims do not worship what they worship (monks), nor are they worshipers of what Muslims worship (God). This interpretation is confirmed by Verse 109:6 “for you is your religion, and for me is my religion”; so those who follow a religion other than Islam (aka “Submission (to God”)) are serving/obeying other than God. It is also confirmed by Verse 21:92 “Indeed, this is your religion – one religion, and I Am your Lord, so worship Me”. And it is also confirmed by Verse 3:85 “And whoever seeks other than Islam as religion - then never will it be accepted from him, and he, in the Hereafter, will be from the losers.”)(Another point is that Verse 29:46 says, “We believe in that which has been revealed to us and to you”; so the context is that the One God revealed the Torah, the Gospel and the Qur’an; so the One Who revealed these three Revelations is “our God and your God”, Who is One. And also Verse 29:46 explicitly mentions “we submit to Him”, so it is not even said that the People of the Book (Jews and Christians) submitted to God, in Verse 29:46, but Muslims submitted to Him, so there is no contradiction)(On the other hand, there is no contradiction, because Chapter 109 says “disbelievers”, while Verse 29:46 says “People of the Book”. And Verse 29:46 makes distinction among the People of the Book: “except those who do wrong among them” (in regard to arguing), so one interpretation is that the sentence in Verse 29:46 could not be addressed to those who do wrong among them (e.g. disbelievers), while Chapter 109 is explicitly addressed to the disbelievers. So, there is no contradiction anyhow)(Allah knows best)

9:31 They have taken their rabbis and their monks and the Messiah, son of Mary, as Lords besides Allah. And they were not commanded except to worship One God. There is no god except Him. Glory be to Him from what they associate.

(The word “worship” refers to “slave or servant”, in Arabic, so when theists do what some people invent, they are worshiping other than God (e.g. they follow “people”))(Allah knows best)

6:121 And (do) not eat of that on which Allah’s name has not been mentioned, and indeed, it (is) grave disobedience. And indeed, the devils inspire [to] their friends so that they dispute with you, and if you obey them, indeed, you (would) be the polytheists.

(According to Verse 6:121, obeying the devils is polytheism)(Allah knows best)

30:31 Turning to Him, and fear Him and establish the prayer and (do) not be of the polytheists 30:32 Of those who divide their religion and become sects, each party rejoicing in what they have.

(You cannot become a sect. If you differ from the religion, it implies polytheism (aka obeying people/Satan instead of obeying God))(Allah knows best)

3:2 Allah - there is no God except Him, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of all that exists. 3:3 He revealed to you the Book in truth which confirms that which was before it and He revealed the Torah and the Gospel.

2:139 Say, "Do you argue with us about Allah while He is our Lord and your Lord? And for us are our deeds, and for you are your deeds. And we are sincere to Him.

3:51 Indeed, Allah is my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him. This is the straight path."

2:163 And your God is one God; there is no god except Him, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

112:1 Say, "He is Allah, the One. 112:2 Allah, the Eternal, the Absolute. 112:3 He neither begets nor is begotten. 112:4 And nor is there to Him any equivalent."

28:88 And do not invoke with Allah another deity. There is no deity except Him. Everything (will be) destroyed except His Face. His is the judgment, and to Him you will be returned.

10:56 He gives life and causes death, and to Him you will be returned

26:47 They said, "We believe in the Lord of the worlds, 26:48 The Lord of Moses and Aaron."

(Allah is the Lord of Moses (26:48), Aaron (26:48) and Jesus (19:36). Allah revealed the Torah (3:3), the Gospel (3:3) and the Qur’an (76:23))(“Allah” (the God) and “ilah” (god) in the Qur’an use the same Semitic root than “eloah”, “elah”, “el” and “elohim” in the Bible)(Allah knows best)

10:90 And We took the Children of Israel across the sea, and Pharaoh and his soldiers followed them in rebellion and enmity until, when drowning overtook him, he said, "I believe that there is no deity except that in whom the Children of Israel believe, and I am of the Muslims."

(According to Verse 10:90, Muslims believe that there is no deity except that in whom the Children of Israel believe)("Muslim" is an Arabic word meaning "one who submits (to God)", so Muslims are only submitted to that in whom the Children of Israel believe)(Allah knows best)

2:133 Or were you witnesses when death came to Jacob, when he said to his sons, "What will you worship after me?" They said, "We will worship your God (ilahaka) and the God (wa-ilaha) of your fathers, Abraham and Ishmael and Isaac – One God (ilahan). And we are Muslims/submissive to Him."

17:99 Do they not see that Allah, Who created the heavens and the earth, is Able to create the likes of them? And He has appointed for them a term, no doubt in it. But the wrongdoers refuse except disbelief.

4:171 O People of the Book, do not commit excess in your religion and do not say about Allah except the truth. The Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary, was but a messenger of Allah and His word which He directed to Mary and a spirit from Him. So believe in Allah and His messengers. And do not say, "Three"; desist - it is better for you. Indeed, Allah is but one God. Glory be to Him, that He (should) have a son for Him. To Him whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. And sufficient is Allah as Disposer of affairs.

(Jesus is not God, but creation. Christians should not invoke other than God)(See the article below “Is Jesus God and/or the son of God?”)(Allah knows best)

5:72 They certainly disbelieve who say, "Indeed Allah - He is the Messiah, the son of Mary." While the Messiah said, "O Children of Israel, worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord." Indeed, he who associates partners with Allah, then surely Allah has forbidden Paradise for him, and his abode will be the Fire. And there will be no helpers for the wrongdoers.

19:34 That was Jesus, the son of Mary, a statement of truth about which they dispute. ... 19:36 "And indeed, Allah is my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him. This is a straight path."

5:73 They have certainly disbelieved, those who say, "Indeed, Allah is the third of three." And there is no god except the One God. And if they do not desist from what they are saying, a painful punishment will surely afflict those who disbelieved among them. 5:74 So will they not turn to Allah and seek His forgiveness? And Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

5:17 They have certainly disbelieved who said, "Indeed, Allah, He is the Messiah, the son of Mary." Say, "Then who has the power against Allah in anything if He intends to destroy the Messiah, the son of Mary, and his mother and everyone on the earth?" And for Allah is the dominion of the heavens and the earth and what is between both of them. He creates what He wills, and Allah is on everything All-Powerful.

5:18 And the Jews and the Christians said "We are the children of Allah and His beloved." Say, "Then why does He punish you for your sins?" Nay, you are human beings from among those He created. He forgives whom He wills and punishes whom He wills. And for Allah is the dominion of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them, and to Him is the final return.

(Allah is the God of the Bible, despite Jews and Christians deviated from God’s religion. See below the articles: “How the Qur’an corrects Christianity?”, “How the Qur’an corrects Judaism?” and “Is the Bible corrupted?”)(Allah knows best)

10:31 Say, "Who provides for you from the sky and the earth? Or who controls hearing and sight? And who brings the living out of the dead, and brings the dead out of the living? And who disposes the affairs?" Then they will say, "Allah." Then say, "Then will you not fear (Him)?"

71:13 What is with you that you do not attribute to Allah grandeur? 71:14 And indeed, He created you in stages.

41:37 And of His Signs are the night and the day and the sun and the moon. Do not prostrate to the sun and nor to the moon, but prostrate to Allah , Who created them, if it should be Him alone that you worship.

(Allah is not the sun, nor the moon, nor is there to Him any equivalent (112:4))(See the article below “Is Allah Baal?”)(Allah knows best)

7:180 And to Allah the best names, so invoke Him by them. And leave those who deviate concerning His names. They will be recompensed for what they have been doing.

22:3 And among mankind is he who disputes concerning Allah without knowledge and follows every rebellious devil.

18:4 And to warn those who say, "Allah has taken a son." 18:5 They do not have any knowledge about it, nor their forefathers. Mighty (is) the word (that) comes out of their mouths. They say not except a lie.

(In regard to those non-Muslims, specially in Western countries, who speak about “Allah” as if He was not “God”: Arab Christians say “Allah”; so, saying that “Allah” is not “God”, is like saying that, for example, Spanish speakers, by saying “Dios” (“God” in Spanish language), are worshiping other than “God” (in English language))(Allah knows best)

81:25 And it is not the word of the accursed Satan.

(See the article below “Is Allah Satan?”)(Allah knows best)

2:268 Satan promises you poverty and orders you to immorality, while Allah promises you forgiveness from Him and bounty. And Allah is all-Encompassing and Knowing.

26:192 And indeed, it is surely a Revelation of the Lord of the worlds.

40:62 That is Allah , your Lord, Creator of all things, there is no god except Him. So how are you deluded?

6:100 And they make the jinn partners with Allah though He has created them, and they falsely attribute sons and daughters to Him without knowledge. Glorified is He and Exalted above what they attribute.
