Is God giving Muslims dreams and visions to bring them to faith in Christ? Do Muslims know about Jesus?

Is God giving Muslims dreams and visions to bring them to faith in Christ? Do Muslims know about Jesus?

19:34 That was Jesus, the son of Mary, a statement of truth about which they dispute.

(Jesus in mentioned 25 times in the Qur’an, so Muslims know about Jesus. And the Qur’an is from God, so you know about Jesus by reading the Qur’an. On the other hand, the current Bible is not a reliable source, because Jesus did not write the Gospel, but is anonymous. And Christians say that it is “according to Luke, Matthew, Mark and John”, instead of God’s Gospel. And the Christian Gospel was written in Greek, instead of Aramaic (the language of Jesus), and the oldest Bible sources and the current Bible differ from each other, so some accounts about Jesus might be wrong in the Bible. See the article below “Is the Bible corrupted?”)(Allah knows best)

2:120 And the Jews and the Christians will never be pleased with you until you follow their religion. Say, "Indeed, the Guidance of Allah is the Guidance." And if you follow their desires after what has come to you of the knowledge, you will have neither any protector from Allah nor any helper.

(Some Christians want Muslims to leave their religion, so they invented that Muslims have dreams and visions to bring them to “faith in Christ”, while Muslims already know who Jesus is. That story of dreams and visions about Jesus is based on the story of Paul who had a vision of Jesus, but he did not meet Jesus in person, and his speech and “teachings” contradict and oppose Jesus, the Prophets and the Scriptures. Christians deceive people by copying that false story)(Paul invented that Jesus’ sacrifice redeemed people, while it contradicts the Bible and the Qur’an. He also invented that people do not have to follow the Law, while Jesus confirmed and followed the Law, and early Christians practiced it (e.g. Acts 15:5 and 15:20). Paul also killed early Christians who followed the Law, and it is said that he was trinitarian. Trinitarians are disbelievers (5:72-73, 5:17); the word “trinity” is not even mentioned in the Gospel. God does not guide the wrongdoing people (2:258, 46:10))(See the article below “Jesus vs. Paul”)(Allah knows best)

6:112 And thus We made for every Prophet an enemy - devils from mankind and jinn, inspiring one another with decorative speech in deception. But if your Lord had willed, they would not have done it, so leave them and what they invent.

46:10 Say, "Do you see if it is from Allah, and you disbelieve in it, and a witness from among the Children of Israel testifies to the like thereof, then he believed, while you are arrogant?" Indeed, Allah does not guide the wrongdoing people.

4:171 O People of the Book, do not commit excess in your religion and do not say about Allah except the truth. The Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary, was but a messenger of Allah and His word which He directed to Mary and a spirit from Him. So believe in Allah and His messengers. And do not say, "Three"; desist - it is better for you. Indeed, Allah is but one God. Glory be to Him, that He (should) have a son for Him. To Him whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. And sufficient is Allah as Disposer of affairs.

(Christians want Muslims to “find” Jesus, or to know about Jesus. Which Jesus? Most Christians do not know that there are two Jesuses in the Gospel, so the two Jesuses are often referred as if they were one and the same. The Aramaic name “Barabbas” literally means “son of the father” (referring to God); and ancient manuscripts of Matthew 27:16-17 have the name “Jesus Barabbas”, not just “Barabbas”; (see the translations that are more faithful to the oldest sources: “New International Version” or “contemporary English Version”, or “Good News Translation”, or “Net Bible”); according to the Bible, Pilate, the governor of Judea, asked the crowd which prisoner was to be released “Jesus son of the father” (aka Jesus Barabbas), or “Jesus who is called the Messiah” (Matthew 27:17). So, the Gospel explicitly says that there were two characters bearing the same name (Jesus). It seems that Christians mixed stories of two different characters; Jesus Barabbas blasphemed by bearing such a name “the son of father (referring to God)”, while Jesus the Messiah never said that he was the son of God, because the wordsBarabbas / son of the fatherand “Messiah / son of Mary” are used in Matthew 27:17 to distinguish one Jesus from the other)(Another point is that someone who claims to be the “king of the Jews”, he is going to have to lead the rebellion against Rome. Jesus Barabbas is the one who rebelled against Rome. The punishment for rebellion is crucifixion; so Jesus Barabbas was crucified, not Jesus the Messiah. A proof that Jesus Barabbas was the “king of the Jews”, while “Jesus the Messiah” had not such a title, is that Matthew 2:1-2 say that Jesus, “the king of the Jews”, was born in Bethlehem in Judea, while the earliest Gospel says that Jesus came from Nazareth, so the two accounts are contradictory, but, in fact, they are two different persons bearing the same name (Jesus); so, one Jesus was born in Bethlehem, and another Jesus was born in Nazareth. The Qur’an confirms that Jesus the Messiah is from Nazareth, because the word “Christian” is literally translated as “Nazarene” (e.g. follower/s of the Nazarene). Matthew 2:2 says, “and asked, where is the one who has been born king of the Jews?”. So, Matthew 2:1-2 explicitly say that the one who was born in Bethlehem is the king of the Jews, rather than the one who was born in Nazareth)(According to Matthew 27:11, the governor asked the one who was to be crucified: “are you the king of the Jews? You have said so, Jesus replied”. So, according to the context (Matthew 27:11-13), despite Jews wanted to crucify the Messiah, they took “the King of the Jews” instead, (the one from Bethlehem); Matthew 27:37 confirms that: “above his head they placed the written charge against him: this is Jesus, the king of the Jews”. On the other hand, “Acts 3:6, 4:10, 10:38” confirm that “Jesus of Nazareth” is the Messiah (aka anointed one), rather than the one from Bethlehem)(Allah knows best)

19:30 He said, "Indeed, I am the servant of Allah . He has given me the Scripture and made me a Prophet. ... 19:32 And dutiful to my mother, and He has not made me insolent, unblessed.

(According to the Qur’an, Jesus was not insolent, and was dutiful to his mother; on the other hand, according to Luke 2:42, when Jesus was twelve years old, Mary was looking for him. After three days she found him in the temple courts (Luke 2:46), she says “why have you treated us like this?” (Luke 2:48), and she received an insolent answer “why were you searching for me?” (Luke 2:49))(Notice that Jesus, in Luke 2:49, uses the term “father”, so Jesus the Messiah is not the insolent one, but he may be Jesus Barabbas (aka Jesus son of the father))(Allah knows best)

5:72 They certainly disbelieve who say, "Indeed Allah - He is the Messiah, the son of Mary." While the Messiah said, "O Children of Israel, worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord." Indeed, he who associates partners with Allah, then surely Allah has forbidden Paradise for him, and his abode will be the Fire. And there will be no helpers for the wrongdoers.

5:73 They have certainly disbelieved, those who say, "Indeed, Allah is the third of three." And there is no god except the One God. And if they do not desist from what they are saying, a painful punishment will surely afflict those who disbelieved among them. 5:74 So will they not turn to Allah and seek His forgiveness? And Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

5:116 And when Allah said, "O Jesus, son of Mary, did you say to the people, "Take me and my mother as two gods besides Allah?" He said, "Glory be to You, it was not for me to say what I had no right. If I had said it, then surely You would have known it. You know what is in myself, and I do not know what is in Yourself. Indeed, You, You are All-Knower of the unseen. 5:117 I did not say to them except what You commanded me – that, "You worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord." And I was over them a witness as long as I was among them, then when You raised me, You were the Watcher over them, and You are Witness over all things.

(Catholics are devoted to “virgin Mary” and they ask her for things, so they took Mary as god. Jesus never did it, he only worshiped God)(Allah knows best)

5:75 The Messiah, son of Mary, was not but a Messenger, certainly Messengers had passed before him. And his mother was truthful. They both used to eat food. See how We make clear to them the Signs; then see how they are deluded.

(God is not sustained by His creation, but He is the Sustainer of existence (2:255 and 3:2). So, He does not have to create/eat food in order to keep Himself alive. On the other hand, Jesus used to eat food)(God is Eternal. The food was created from nothing, and for the creatures in a specific time and purpose)(Allah knows best)

19:35 It is not for Allah to take a son. Glory be to Him, when He decrees a matter, then He only says to it, "Be" and it is.

(God creates. He does not beget His creation)(The concept “son of God”, according to Verse 9:30, is the saying of those who disbelieved before)(Allah knows best)

5:17 They have certainly disbelieved who said, "Indeed, Allah, He is the Messiah, the son of Mary." Say, "Then who has the power against Allah in anything if He intends to destroy the Messiah, the son of Mary, and his mother and everyone on the earth?" And for Allah is the dominion of the heavens and the earth and what is between both of them. He creates what He wills, and Allah is on everything All-Powerful.

19:31 And He (has) made me blessed wherever I am and has enjoined (upon) me the prayer and zakah, as long as I am alive

(God is Eternal and All-Powerful. Only the non-powerful ones “become”/are a man, because man is created, so man cannot create himself, and man has not the choice. And only the non-powerful ones die. Man cannot prevent death)(Allah knows best)

9:31 They have taken their rabbis and their monks and the Messiah, son of Mary, as Lords besides Allah. And they were not commanded except to worship One God. There is no god except Him. Glory be to Him from what they associate.

(Jesus did not follow any rabbi, monk or Pope)(Allah knows best)

61:6 And when Jesus, the son of Mary, said, "O children of Israel, indeed I am the Messenger of Allah to you confirming what came before me of the Torah and bringing good tidings of a Messenger to come after me, whose name is Ahmad." But when he came to them with clear evidences, they said, "This is obvious magic."

(Christians are wrong when they say that Jesus came to save the whole mankind, while he was not even sent to the gentiles. Jesus was only sent to the Children of Israel. This is supported by Matthew 15:24, “I was sent only to the lost sheep of Israel”. Jews are required to follow the Qur’an because he announced them the coming of Muhammad (61:6). See the link below “Is Muhammad mentioned in the Bible?”)(Jesus was not sent to those Christians who are not Children of Israel. Christians must follow the Qur’an as well, because Muhammad was sent to the whole mankind (7:158, 34:28, 3:96, 21:107, 6:19, 36:70), including Jews and Christians)(See the article below: “Is Muhammad mentioned in the Bible?” and “Did Jesus die for the sins of mankind? Was Jesus crucified?”)(Allah knows best)

3:49 And a Messenger to the Children of Israel, "Indeed, I have come to you with a sign from your Lord - that I design for you from clay like the form of the bird, then I breath into it and it becomes a bird by the permission of Allah. And I cure the blind, and the leper, and I give life to the dead by the permission of Allah. And I inform you of what you eat and what you store in your houses. Indeed, in that is surely a sign for you, if you are believers.

(Verse 3:49 says about Jesus “I cure”, “I design”, “I breath”, “I give life”. So, Jesus performed Signs, as “a sign from your Lord” and “by the permission of God”. So, if God had not given it to Jesus, then there would be no Sign at all, and if God was not to give permission, then there would be no Sign at all, then the performer (Jesus) is “irrelevant”, because Jesus can not be given a sign on his own. Other messengers came with Signs. Because a human performed it, it does not make him a deity)(Allah knows best)

3:59 Indeed, the likeness of Jesus with Allah is like the likeness of Adam. He created him from dust; then He said to him, "Be," and he was.

(The miraculous birth of Jesus does not make him a deity. Adam was created likewise)(Allah knows best)

19:36 "And indeed, Allah is my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him. This is a straight path."

43:59 He was not except a slave on whom We bestowed Our favor, and We made him an example for the Children of Israel.

5:110 When Allah said, "O Jesus, son of Mary, remember My Favor upon you and upon your mother when I strengthened you with the Holy Spirit, you spoke to the people in the cradle and in maturity. And when I taught you the Book and the wisdom and the Torah and the Gospel; and when you make from clay like the shape of the bird by My permission, then you breath into it, and it becomes a bird by My permission; and you heal those born blind and the leper by My permission; and when you bring forth the dead by My permission. And when I restrained the Children of Israel from you when you came to them with the clear proofs, then those who disbelieved among them said, "This is not but clear magic."

(Christians innovated that they would be saved by the grace through Faith alone, regardless of their deeds, while according to James 2:14-26, “faith without works is dead”; and Matthew 5:17 says, “do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them”; according to Matthew 23:2-3, “the teachers of the law and the Pharisees sit in Moses’ seat. So you must be careful to do everything they tell you. But do not do what they do, for they do not practice what they preach.”; according to Acts 15:5 and 15:20, early Christians followed the Law)(See the link below “Did Jesus die for the sins of mankind? Was Jesus crucified?”)(Allah knows best)

5:111 And when I inspired to the disciples to believe in Me and in My Messenger they said, "We believe and bear witness that indeed we are Muslims.

("Muslim" is an Arabic word meaning "one who submits (to God)". The early “Christians” were part of the Children of Israel, and declared themselves Muslims/Submitted (to God))(According to Acts 11:26, the disciples were called “Christians” first in Antioch, so the word “Christian” was innovated time later because it is not mentioned in any of the four Gospels)(“Islam” is an Arabic word meaning “Submission (to God)”. That’s the religion preached by Jesus and all Messengers, because, according to Luke 22:42, Jesus said “yet not my will, but yours be done”)(Allah knows best)

4:46 Among the Jews are those who distort words from their places and they say, "We hear and disobey" and "Hear but be not heard” and "Raina", twisting their tongues and defaming the religion. And if they had said, "We hear and obey" and "Hear and look at us”, it would surely have been better for them and more suitable. [And] but Allah cursed them for their disbelief, so they believe not, except for a few.

(According to Dr. Shabir Ally, “when we compare the gospels one to another we can see how the stories about Jesus were changed to reflect a higher view of Jesus”, “when we compare Mark to Matthew, we can see how the later gospel changed individual reports to raise the view of Jesus in the following ways: on the occasion when Jesus was transfigured, in Mark 9:5, Peter called him “Rabbi”; in Matthew 17:4, Peter called him “Lord.”; when Jesus directed his disciples to wait and watch for his imminent return, in Mark 13:35, Jesus called himself “the master of the house”; in Matthew 24:42, he called himself “your Lord”; at a place called Caesarea Philippi, Jesus asked Peter who he thought Jesus was. In Mark 8:27-29, Peter replied: “You are the Messiah.” But in Matthew 16:13-16, Peter replied: “You are the Messiah, the Son of the Living God.” Matthew has added the title “the Son of the Living God.”; when Jesus’s mother and siblings came looking for him, in Mark he said: “Whoever does the will of God is my mother and brother and sister”. But in Matthew, he said: “Whoever does the will of my Father in heaven is my mother and brother and sister.” In Mark 3:35, he called God God. But, in Matthew 12:50, he called God his father; while Jesus was asleep in a boat a storm rocked the boat. In Mark 4:38, the disciples awoke Jesus with this mild rebuke: “Teacher, do you not care if we drown?”. But in Matthew 8:25, they pray to him: “Lord, save us! We are perishing.”. The rebuke was changed to a prayer. The difference is further pronounced as we go from Mark, the first gospel, to John, the last gospel. The image of Jesus in John is much larger than in Mark. Here Jesus takes on cosmic dimensions. In John’s gospel Jesus makes the most significant and far-reaching claims about himself. There are many statements in this Gospel where Jesus asserts his own identity. He says: “I am the light of the world”, “I am the resurrection and the life”, “I am the way, the truth, and the life”, “I and the Father are one”, “whoever has seen me has seen the Father”. If Jesus had said these things, the other gospels would have surely recorded them. But they did not, because he did not say these things. John recorded them because this was part of the later evolved story about Jesus. According to Dr. Shabir Ally, later Christians would focus more on the Gospel of John, and less on the Gospel of Mark. It is often the Gospel of John that is quoted as proof of Jesus’s divine sonship. Although Mark also calls Jesus the son of God, the title here can be understood as meaning a righteous servant. But, in John 3:16, Jesus is the “only-begotten son”)(According to Dr. Shabir Ally, the manner in which Jesus approaches death has also been reworked in John. In Mark, Jesus begs God to save him from the cross, though he submits to God’s decision. In John 12:27, Jesus declares that he will not pray to be saved. On the contrary, he asks God to go ahead according to plan. Jesus, in John, obviously came to die for the sins of the world. Hence he declares that no one can take his life away from him since he has authority to lay down his own life and take it up again (John 10:18). Jesus declared in John that no one can take his life from him. Since he gives it up of his own accord, even the scene of his arrest has been modified to reflect this. In Mark, Judas the betrayer had arranged to mark Jesus out with a kiss. But, in John, Judas dares not draw close to Jesus. Unless Jesus gives himself up he cannot be arrested (John 18:3-12). We can, in this way, multiply the examples of how one after another the gospels went about modifying the image of Jesus for later readers. The writers did not intend for us to make these comparisons. Each gospel was initially circulated independently. Eventually, however, they were collected together and passed down to us in a single book, the Holy Bible. Today in studying the gospels we can notice the trend to represent him as Lord and Savior. To find the real historical Jesus we have to retrace the trend from John back to Mark. But how about beyond Mark? When we compare Mark with the later gospels we notice the modifications in the later ones. If we could compare Mark with its predecessors, we would find that Mark has also modified his story)(Source: Dr. Shabir Ally)(Allah knows best)
