Should you say Bismillah before writing or eating?

Should you say Bismillah before writing or eating?

27:30 Indeed, it (is) from Solomon, and indeed, it (is), "In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful,

69:40 Indeed, it is surely the Word of a noble Messenger. 69:41 And it is not a word of a poet; little is what you believe 69:42 Nor it is the word of a soothsayer; little is what you take heed. 69:43 (It is) a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 69:44 And if he had fabricated against Us some sayings, 69:45 We would certainly have seized him by the right hand;

(“In the name of Allah” is said before reading the Qur’an, because the Messenger is not saying anything on his own name or on his own behalf or he did not invent any saying, but he just recite that which has been revealed to him from God (18:27))(If you were to say Bismillah before your own writing, you would be fabricating sayings, because you are not a Messenger, and your writing is not revelation, but has other purposes (e.g. passing an exam, etc.))(Allah knows best)

18:27 And recite what has been revealed to you of the Book of your Lord. None can change His Words, and never will you find a refuge besides Him.

20:114 So high is Allah, the King, the True. And do not hasten with the Qur’an before its revelation is completed to you, and say, "My Lord, increase me in knowledge."

(According to Verse 20:114, God can increase you in knowledge. Someone’s writing might have mistakes, so you cannot say that it is from God or in his name)(The Messenger said, “if I would know of the unseen, surely I could have multiplied of the good and no evil would have touched me” (7:188))(Allah knows best)

7:188 Say, "I have no power for myself to benefit and nor harm, except what Allah wills. And if I would know of the unseen, surely I could have multiplied of the good and no evil would have touched me. I am not except a warner and a bearer of good tidings to a people who believe."

5:4 They ask you what is made lawful for them. Say, "Lawful for you are the good things and what you have taught of hunting animals, ones who train animals to hunt, you teach them of what Allah has taught you. So eat of what they catch for you, and mention the name of Allah on it, and fear Allah. Indeed, Allah is swift in taking account.

(In regard to those who say Bismillah before eating, you have to mention the name of Allah on it; in that sense, “name of Allah” is literally mentioned in Bismillah)(Verses 22:36-37 also say, in regard to animals, you have to be grateful and magnify Allah, because those animals were subjected to you, and for that which you were guided. In that sense, “Alhamdulillah” (praise be to God / thank God) is used to be grateful, and also “Subhanallah” (Glory be to God / Glorious is God); and “Allahu Akbar” (God is greater / God is the greatest) is used by people to magnify Allah)(Allah knows best)

22:36 And the camels and cattle, We have made them for you among the Symbols of Allah, for you therein is good. So mention the name of Allah over them (when) lined up; and when they are down on their sides, then eat from them and feed the needy who do not ask and the needy who ask. Thus We have subjected them to you so that you may be grateful. 22:37 Their meat will not reach Allah, [and] nor (will) their blood, but (what) reaches Him (is) the piety from you. Thus He subjected them to you so that you may magnify (litukabbiru) Allah for that which He has guided you. And give glad tidings (to) the good-doers.
