Is it ok to use the words “Islam”, “Muslim” or “Jihad” and make it into a pejorative meaning or term (e.g. islamist, Islamic extremist, Jihadist, etc.)?

Is it ok to use the words “Islam”, “Muslim” or “Jihad” and make it into a pejorative meaning or term (e.g. islamist, Islamic extremist, Jihadist, etc.)?

3:85 And whoever seeks other than Islam as religion - then never will it be accepted from him, and he, in the Hereafter, will be from the losers.

(“Islam” is an Arabic word meaning “submission (to God)”, and "Muslim" is an Arabic word meaning "one who submits (to God)". By definition, if a person is a criminal, he would no longer be a Muslim / Submitted (to God))(Allah knows best)

68:35 Then will We treat the Muslims like the criminals? 68:36 What is with you? How do you judge?

(Muslims are never criminals, because they obey God, and what God orders is good. So, the words “criminal” and “Muslim” oppose each other, and there are no degrees among Muslims. So you cannot use the word “Islam” or “Muslim” along with or as a pejorative word)(On the other hand, there are criminals or wrongdoers among the atheists, Jews, Christians, etc., so they are the ones who should use pejorative words about themselves, to make distinction among themselves, because, an atheist, Jew or Christian can also be, for example, a rapist or a terrorist, because the atheist, who is a terrorist or rapist, he still thinks that there is no God, the Jew still has a Jewish mother which makes him a Jew (according to themselves), and a Christian still thinks that he will be saved, through faith on the cross, or believes in Jesus as his savior, regardless of his works. On the other hand, by definition, there are no wrongdoers among Muslims. So, in using the word “Muslim”, there are only two kinds, Muslim and non-Muslim (the one who submits to God vs. the one who is disobedient/non-Muslim))(Allah knows best)

3:19 Indeed, the religion in the sight of Allah is Islam. And those who were given the Book did not differ except after knowledge had come to them - out of jealous animosity between themselves. And whoever disbelieves in the Verses of Allah, then indeed, Allah is swift in account.

22:78 And strive for Allah with the striving which is due to Him. He has chosen you and has not placed upon you any difficulty in the religion. The religion of your father Abraham. He named you Muslims before, and in this, that the Messenger may be a witness over you and you may be witnesses over mankind. So establish prayer and give zakah (charity) and hold fast to Allah. He is your Protector - so an Excellent Protector and an Excellent Helper.

(All the Messengers were Muslims / Submitted (to God); and Islam / Submission (to God) is the religion preached by Jesus and all Messengers. According to Luke 22:42, Jesus said “yet not my will, but yours be done”)(Allah knows best)

4:46 Among the Jews are those who distort words from their places and they say, "We hear and disobey" and "Hear but be not heard” and "Raina", twisting their tongues and defaming the religion. And if they had said, "We hear and obey" and "Hear and look at us”, it would surely have been better for them and more suitable. [And] but Allah cursed them for their disbelief, so they believe not, except for a few.

4:95 Not equal are the those among the believers who sit, except those who are disabled, and those who strive in the way of Allah with their wealth and their lives. Allah has preferred in rank those who strive with their wealth and their lives to those who sit. And to all Allah has promised the best. And Allah has preferred those who strive over those who sit, with a great reward,

(According to the Qur’an, the “believers” could have different ranks, on the other hand, there is no mention of Muslims having ranks)(Allah knows best)

41:33 And who is better in speech than one who invites to Allah and does righteous deeds and says, "Indeed, I am of the Muslims/those who submit?"

(By definition, if a person calls himself Muslim, but he doesn’t submits to the will of God, he is not a Muslim, nor should be called using the word “Islam” in any way, because, according to his deeds, the definition of the words “Islam” and “Muslim” could exclude him from being a Muslim)(Allah knows best)

5:35 O you who believe, fear Allah and seek the means towards Him and strive hard (wajahidu) in His way, so that you may succeed.

(In regard to the word “Jihad”, its root is “Jiim-ha-Dal”, and it means “to strive or labor or toil, exert oneself or his power or efforts, employ oneself vigorously or diligently or studiously, struggle against difficulties, examine someone or something, etc.”. So, the word “Jihad” can have a good meaning, and can be good according to the context, but, for example, according to Verse 29:8, if “jihad” is against Islam, then it is bad. So, only non-Muslims do “jihad” in a bad way)(Non-Muslims go to war for evil reasons (e.g. wealth, colonialism, imperialism, hate, racism, stealing, etc.), while, in Islam, fighting is in self-defense and against oppression)(See the link below “Which religion is moderate and which is extreme? Who are the radicals? Judaism vs. Christianity vs. Islam vs. atheism”)(Allah knows best)

29:8 And We have enjoined upon man goodness to his parents, but if they both strive (jahadaka) against you to make you associate with Me that of which you have no knowledge, then do not obey both of them. To Me is your return, and I will inform you about what you used to do.

9:79 Those who criticize the ones who give willingly of the believers concerning the charities, and those who do not find except their effort (juh'dahum), so they ridicule them, Allah will ridicule them, and for them (is) a painful punishment.

47:31 And We will surely test you until We make evident those who strive (l-mujahidina) among you and the patient ones, and We will test your affairs.

9:24 Say, "If your fathers, and your sons, and your brothers, and your spouses, and your relatives, and wealth which you have acquired, and the commerce wherein you fear a decline and the dwellings (in) which you delight are more beloved to you than Allah, and His Messenger and striving (wajihadin) in His way, then wait until Allah brings His Command. And Allah does not guide the defiantly disobedient people."

55:39 Then (on) that Day neither man nor jinn (jannun) will be asked about his sin.

(The word “genius” is referred as “Roman mythology” and even the so-called “Islamic mythology”, by some English dictionaries, as if a jinn was an imaginary character, while there is no such thing as “Islamic mythology”, but the jinn is a real creature. So, the word “genius” is not the same as “jinn”, because “genius” in English degenerated into another meaning. The root of the word “jinn” is “Jiim-Nun-Nun”, and it means “veiled / concealed / covered / hid / invisible, etc. And, for example, the “jinn” could be behind those many cases of people possessed by “the devil”, or he could be the one who answers when people invoke the dead (Note: It is forbidden invoking other than God in Islam))(See the link below “Who are the Jinn?”)(Allah knows best)

63:1 When the hypocrites come to you, they say, "We testify that you are surely the Messenger of Allah." And Allah knows that you are surely His Messenger, and Allah testifies that the hypocrites are surely liars. 63:2 They take their oaths (as) a cover, so they turn away from the Way of Allah. Indeed, evil is what they used to do. 63:3 That is because they believed, then they disbelieved; so their hearts were sealed, so they do not understand.

(Those who call themselves “ex-Muslims”, they want people to think that they were devoted Muslims, and that they know that Islam is wrong because they had a first-hand experience, and so. In the Qur’an, they are called “liars” (29:3, 63:1), “hypocrites” (63:1, 3:167, etc.) and “disbelievers” (63:3, 4:137, etc.). They seek to deceive God and those who believe, but they deceive themselves (2:8-9). God made evident their disbelief (29:11). They disbelieved, so their hearts were sealed (63:3), and God doesn’t guide them (4:137); God does not guide the wrongdoing people (3:86). They are not Muslims for evil reason in themselves (e.g. they want to fornicate, while in Islam it is forbidden, etc.))(Allah knows best)

21:102 They will not hear the slightest sound of it and they will abide forever in what their souls desire. 21:103 They will not be grieved by the greatest terror, and the Angels will meet them, "This is your Day, which you were promised."

(In regard to the word “terrorism”; only a non-Muslim can be a terrorist, because Muslims only fight in self-defense and against oppression. People are Muslim to avoid the “greatest terror” (21:102). The greatest terror is going to Hell, a place in which disbelievers will abide forever)(See the link below “Can a Muslim ever be considered a terrorist? Who is the terrorist?”)(Allah knows best)

19:83 Do you not see that We have sent the devils upon the disbelievers, inciting them with incitement.

(In regard to the term “Holy war”, it was first used by Christians, in regard to the infamous Crusades against Muslims, so the Christian term is actually “unholy”)(There is no such a term in the Qur’an, and “Jihad” does not mean “Holy war”)(Allah knows best)
