2:163 And your God is one God; there is no god except Him, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

19:36 "And indeed, Allah is my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him. That is a straight path."

21:25 And We sent not before you any messenger except that We revealed to him that there is no deity except Me, so worship Me.

41:43 Nothing is said to you except what was already said to the messengers before you. Indeed, your Lord is a possessor of forgiveness and a possessor of painful penalty.

3:85 And whoever seeks other than Islam as religion - then never will it be accepted from him, and he, in the Hereafter, will be from the losers.

(“Islam” is an Arabic word meaning “Submission (to God)”. That’s the religion preached by all Messengers. E.g., according to Luke 22:42, Jesus said to God, “yet not my will, but Yours be done”, so Jesus was a Muslim (aka Submitted (to God)), because "Muslim" is an Arabic word meaning "one who submits (to God)")(So, other than submitting to God will not be accepted. You submit to God by following the Qur’an. Those who deny the Verses of the Qur’an are disbelievers (84:22, 2:91, 52:33-34, 46:10, 10:95-97, 23:38-39, 40:70))(See also the link below: “Is Islam a new religion? 34:28 And We have not sent you except to all mankind, as a giver of glad tidings and as a warner. But most people do not know.

(The true religion is a religion for all mankind; there is no discrimination or exclusion as in, for example, Zoroastrianism and Judaism)(Allah knows best)

21:92 Indeed, this is your religion – one religion, and I Am your Lord, so worship Me.

3:105 And do not be like those who became divided and differed after the clear proofs came to them. And they will have a great punishment.

6:159 Indeed, those who divide their religion and become sects, you are not with them in anything. Their affair is only with Allah, then He will inform them of what they used to do.

2:120 And the Jews and the Christians will never be pleased with you until you follow their religion. Say, "Indeed, the Guidance of Allah is the Guidance." And if you follow their desires after what has come to you of the knowledge, you will have neither any protector from Allah nor any helper.

4:123 Neither your desire nor the desire of the People of the Book. Whoever does evil will be recompensed for it, and he will not find besides Allah any protector or any helper.

25:43 Have you seen the one who takes as his god his own desire? Then would you be a guardian over him? 25:44 Or do you think that most of them hear or understand? They are not except like cattle. Nay, they are more astray from the way.

2:111 And they said, "None will enter Paradise except one who is a Jew or a Christian." That is their wishful thinking. Say, "Bring your proof if you are truthful."

6:20 Those to whom We have given the Book recognize it as they recognize their sons. Those who lost themselves do not believe.

(The Qur’an contains that which God revealed in the Gospel and the Torah (10:37, 3:3), but the Qur’an is also a Criterion (25:1) to know what is true, so the Qur’an does not confirm that which God did not reveal. People of the Book differed among themselves (2:113, 4:157, 45:17), so the Qur’an is also an explanation (12:111) and a clarification (16:89))(Allah knows best)

5:83 And when they listen to what has been revealed to the Messenger, you see their eyes overflowing with tears, for what they recognized of the truth. They say, "Our Lord, we have believed so write us with the witnesses.

16:123 Then We revealed to you to follow the religion of Abraham, upright; and he was not of those who associate."

(Islam is not a new religion, Muslims follow the religion of Abraham)(Allah knows best)

3:95 Say, Allah has told the truth, then follow the religion of Abraham, upright; and he was not of the polytheists. 3:96 Indeed, the first House set up for mankind was that at Bakkah, blessed and a guidance for the worlds. 3:97 In it are clear signs, the standing place of Abraham. And whoever enters it - is safe. And to Allah upon the people is a pilgrimage to the House – for whoever is able to it a way. And whoever disbelieves - then indeed, Allah is free from need of the worlds.

22:78 And strive for Allah with the striving which is due to Him. He has chosen you and has not placed upon you any difficulty in the religion. The religion of your father Abraham. He named you Muslims before, and in this, that the Messenger may be a witness over you and you may be witnesses over mankind. So establish prayer and give zakah (charity) and hold fast to Allah. He is your Protector - so an Excellent Protector and an Excellent Helper.

2:135 And they said, "Be Jews or Christians, then you will be guided." Say, "Nay, the religion of Abraham, the upright; and he was not of those who associated partners."

4:125 And who is better in religion than (one) who submits his face to Allah and he is a good-doer and follows the religion of Abraham - the upright? And Allah took Abraham as a friend.

6:56 Say, "Indeed I am forbidden to worship those whom you call besides Allah." Say, "I do not follow your (vain) desires, certainly I would then go astray, and I (would) not be of the guided-ones."

(It is forbidden to worship other than God, so it is forbidden to worship anything in the creation or any created thing. God is not His creation. God is the Ever-Living (2:255), while the creation has a beginning and an end)(Allah knows best)

6:161 Say, "Indeed (as for) me, my Lord has guided me to a straight path – a right religion, the religion of Abraham - a true monotheist. And he was not of the polytheists.

4:48 Indeed, Allah does not forgive association with Him, but He forgives other than that for whom He wills. And whoever associates partners with Allah, then has certainly fabricated a tremendous sin.

(One interpretation is that God does not forgive association (e.g. idolatry) if people did not repent and asked forgiveness before they die)(See the article below “Is shirk forgivable?”)(Allah knows best)

28:88 And do not invoke with Allah another deity. There is no deity except Him. Everything (will be) destroyed except His Face. His is the judgment, and to Him you will be returned.

35:14 If you invoke them, they do not hear your call; and if they heard, they would not respond to you. And on the Day of Resurrection they will deny your association. And none can inform you like (the) All-Aware.

72:20 Say, "Only I call upon my Lord, and I do not associate anyone with Him."

5:72 They certainly disbelieve who say, "Indeed Allah - He is the Messiah, the son of Mary." While the Messiah said, "O Children of Israel, worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord." Indeed, he who associates partners with Allah, then surely Allah has forbidden Paradise for him, and his abode will be the Fire. And there will be no helpers for the wrongdoers.

12:40 You do not worship besides Him but names which you have named them, you and your forefathers, for which Allah (has) not sent down any authority. The command is not but for Allah. He has commanded that you do not worship but Him Alone. That is the right religion, but most men do not know.

51:56 And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me.

4:82 Then do they not ponder on the Qur’an? If it had been from other than Allah, surely they would have found much contradiction in it.

(Islam is the true religion also because there are no scientific errors, or contradictions. 2:79 So woe to those who write the book with their hands, then they say, "This is from Allah," to exchange it for a little price. So woe to them for what their hands have written and woe to them for what they earn.

(Another point is that other religions have concepts that are not from God; on the other hand, the Qur’an was revealed by God and has been preserved. So, sources other than the Qur’an are not reliable. The Qur’an is a Criterion to know what is true in other sources. 2:42 And do not mix the Truth with falsehood and conceal the Truth while you know.

51:56 And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me.
