Is the Qur’an clear, yet none knows its interpretation save only Allah or actually men of understanding also do grasp it?

Is the Qur’an clear, yet none knows its interpretation save only Allah or actually men of understanding also do grasp it?

16:103 And We certainly know that they say, "It is only a human being who teaches him." The tongue of the one they refer to is foreign while this is in a clear Arabic language.

3:7 He is the One Who revealed to you the Book, in it are Verses which are absolutely clear - they are the foundation of the Book, and others are allegorical. Then as for those in whose hearts is perversity - [so] they follow what is allegorical of it, seeking discord and seeking its interpretation. And none except Allah knows its interpretation. And those who are firm in knowledge, they say, "We believe in it. All is from our Lord." And not will take heed except men of understanding.

(“None except Allah knows its interpretation” refers to the allegorical Verses, not the clear ones)(Men of understanding follow the clear Verses, not the allegorical ones. The allegorical Verses are followed by “those in whose hearts is perversity” ... “seeking discord and seeking its interpretation” (3:7). Those who are firm in knowledge do not know its interpretation, they say “we believe in it. All is from our Lord” (3:7). So, there is no contradiction in the Qur’an)(Allah knows best)

39:18 Those who listen to the Word, then follow the best thereof, those are they whom Allah has guided, and those are men of understanding.

40:54 A guide and a reminder for those of understanding.

29:41 The example of those who take protectors besides Allah is like the spider who takes a house. And indeed, the weakest of houses is surely the house (of) the spider, if they know. … 29:43 And these examples We set forth to mankind, but none will understand them except those of knowledge.

(In regard to the examples, those of knowledge understand the examples. And the believers know that the example is the truth from God (2:26))(The example in Verse 29:41 clearly implies that those who take protectors besides God, are taking weak things, so they are not protected. Verse 72:22 says, “Say, "Indeed, no one can protect me from Allah, nor can I find any refuge besides Him.”)(Allah knows best)

2:26 Indeed, Allah is not ashamed to set forth an example even of a mosquito and something above it. Then as for those who believed, they will know that it is the truth from their Lord. And those who disbelieved will say, “what did Allah intend by this example? He lets go astray many by it and He guides many by it. And He does not let go astray by it except the defiantly disobedient.
