Will disbelievers speak and see on Qiyamah / the Resurrection?

Will disbelievers speak and see on Qiyamah / the Resurrection?

27:85 And the word (will be) fulfilled against them because they wronged, and they (will) not speak.

36:65 This Day We will seal their mouths, and their hands will speak to Us, and their feet will bear witness about what they used to earn.

(A man speaks with his mouth, but according to this Verse, their mouths would be sealed, so this is in accordance with Verse 27:85, they would not speak. So, other parts are made to speak as witnesses, but men do not control their body’s speech, so they are not the ones speaking)(Allah knows best)

41:21 And they will say to their skins, "Why do you testify against us?" They will say, "Allah made us speak, the One Who makes everything speak; and He created you the first time, and to Him you will be returned." 41:22 And you were not covering yourselves lest your hearing, and your sight, and your skins (should) testify against you, but you assumed that Allah does not know much of what you do.

(After the skins testified, men would be in conversation with their skins, this proves that the skins are made to speak on their own)(Allah knows best)

11:105 (The) Day (it) comes no soul will speak except by His leave. Then among them (will be the) wretched, and (the) glad.

(The Verses of the Qur’an are not mutually exclusive but complement each other, so, one Verse tells an event, but that Verse is complemented by Verse 11:105 in which there is an exception to that event. So, no soul will speak on that Day, unless God gives permission (11:105, 78:38))(Allah knows best)

78:38 (The) Day the Spirit and the Angels will stand (in) rows, they will not speak except (he to) who(m) the Most Gracious permits [for] him, and he (will) say (what is) correct.

32:11 Say, "The Angel of death who has been put in charge of you will take your soul. Then (thumma) to your Lord you will be returned." 32:12 And if you (could) see when the criminals (will) hang their heads before their Lord, "Our Lord we have seen and we have heard, so return us, we will do righteous (deeds). Indeed, we (are now) certain."

17:72 And whoever is blind in this (world), then he (will be) blind in the Hereafter, and more astray (from the) path.

(In regard to Verses 32:11 and 17:72, there is no contradiction anyhow, because the sentence in Verse 32:11 is what the criminals say, while the sentence in Verse 17:72 is God’s saying. Another difference is that “being certain” would be contradicted by “being in doubt”, not by “being astray”; because “being astray from the path” implies that they are led to the Path of the Hellfire (37:23), so the saying of the criminals does not change their condition (e.g., they are not like the believers, but they still remain in the path of the blinds, criminals and those astray). Another point is that “blind” is not physical, so there is no contradiction, but “blind” is in the context of being astray, so, even if they have seen (32:12), whether in this world or in the Hereafter, they are essentially the same disbelieving/”blind” people. For example, many disbelievers saw signs and disbelieved, even knowing that it was the truth, and it was an irrefutable evidence. “Knowing” does not necessarily imply that they do not act as blind people; it is confirmed by some Verses of the Qur’an: they distort while they know (2:75), they “conceal the Truth while they know” (2:146), “they say the lie about Allah while they know” (3:75))(Allah knows best)

37:23 Besides Allah, then lead them to the Path of the Hellfire.

2:174 Indeed, those who conceal what Allah has revealed of the Book, and they purchase a small gain therewith, those, they do not eat except Fire in their bellies. And Allah will not speak to them on the Day of Judgment, nor will He purify them, and for them is a painful punishment.

6:30 And if you (could) see when they will be made to stand before their Lord. He (will) say, "Is this not the truth?" They will say, "Yes, by our Lord." He (will) say, "So taste the punishment because you used to disbelieve."

(In regard to Verses 2:174 and 6:30, there is no contradiction, because God will not speak to them on the Day of Judgment (2:174), while the event in Verse 6:30 occurs after the judgment, or before it, because there is a punishment in the grave.
