How sure can a Muslim be that he is one of those guided right and not one of those led astray?

How sure can a Muslim be that he is one of those guided right and not one of those led astray?

10:35 Say, "Is there of your partners (any) who guides to the truth?" Say, "Allah guides to the truth. Is then (he) who guides to the truth more worthy that he should bellowed or (he) who does not guide, unless he is guided? Then what is for you, how do you judge?"

14:4 And We did not sent any Messenger except in the language of his people so that he might make clear for them. Then Allah lets go astray whom He wills and guides whom He wills. And He is the All-Mighty, the All-Wise.

(The punishment or guidance are not arbitrary because other Verses say under which condition people earn it (e.g. 3:86, 9:80, 33:73). See the link below “Is God’s action of punishment or mercy and guidance or misguidance arbitrary?”)(Allah knows best)

33:5 Call them by their fathers; it is more just near Allah. But if you do not know their fathers - then they are your brothers in religion and your friends. But there is no blame upon you if you made a mistake therein, but what your hearts intended. And Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

2:277 Indeed, those who believe[d] and did good deeds and established the prayer and gave the zakah (charity), they will have their reward from their Lord, and they will have no fear and nor will they grieve.

3:159 So because of Mercy from Allah you dealt gently with them. And if you had been rude (and) harsh at heart, surely they would have dispersed from around you. Then pardon them and ask forgiveness for them, and consult them in the matter. Then when you have decided, then put trust in Allah. Indeed, Allah loves those who put trust. 3:160 If Allah helps you, then none can overcome you; and if He forsakes you, then who is the one who can help you after Him? And on Allah let the believers put (their) trust.

4:59 O you who believe, obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those having authority among you. Then if you disagree in anything, refer it to Allah and the Messenger, if you believe in Allah and the Last Day. That is best and more suitable (for) determination.

2:155 And surely We will test you with something of fear, and hunger, and loss of wealth, and lives and fruits, but give good news to the patient ones. 2:156 Those who, when misfortune strikes them, they say, "Indeed, we belong to Allah and indeed to Him we will return." 2:157 Those, on them (are) blessings from their Lord and Mercy. And they are the guided ones.

(According to Verse 2:155, misfortune could strike the believers, but in that case, it is a trial, not a punishment)(Allah knows best)

8:46 And obey Allah and His Messenger, and (do) not dispute lest you lose courage and your strength (would) depart, and be patient. Indeed, Allah (is) with the patient ones.

14:12 And what is for us that we (should) not put our trust in Allah, while certainly He has guided us to our ways? And we will surely bear with patience whatever harm you may cause us. And upon Allah so let the ones who trust put (their) trust."

6:71 Say, "Shall we call besides Allah that which neither benefits us nor harms us, and we turn back on our heels after Allah has guided us? Like the one whom Satan has enticed in the earth, confused, he has companions who call him to guidance, 'Come to us.'" Say, "Indeed, the Guidance of Allah, it is the Guidance, and we have been commanded to submit to the Lord of the worlds

6:114 "Then is it other than Allah I should seek as judge, while He is the One Who has revealed to you the Book explained in detail?" And those to whom We gave the Book know that it is sent down from your Lord in truth, so do not be among the doubters.

2:2 This is the Book, there is no doubt in it, a guidance for those conscious of God -

9:115 And Allah (will) not let a people go astray after He has guided them until He makes clear to them what they should fear. Indeed, Allah is All-Knower of everything.

10:84 And Moses said, "O my people, if you have believed in Allah, then put your trust in Him, if you are Muslims."

(“Muslim” is an Arabic word meaning “one who submits (to God)”)(Allah knows best)

72:14 And that among us are Muslims and among us are unjust. And whoever submits, then those have sought the right path.

16:98 So when you recite the Qur’an, seek refuge in Allah from the Satan, the accursed. 16:99 Indeed he does not have any authority over those who believe and put their trust in their Lord.

11:121 And say to those who do not believe, "Work (according) to your position; indeed, we are working.

9:51 Say, "Never will befall us except what Allah has decreed for us, He is our Protector." And on Allah let the believers put (their) trust.
