How
to argue?
16:125
Call to the way of your Lord with wisdom and good
instruction, and discuss with them in that which is best. Indeed,
your Lord, He is most knowing of who has strayed from His way, And He
is most knowing of the guided ones.
3:66
Here you are - those who argued about that of
which you have knowledge. Then why do you argue about that
of which you have no knowledge? And Allah knows, while
you do not know.
49:12
O you who believe, avoid much assumption. Indeed, some
assumption is sin. And do not spy and do not backbite each other.
Would one of you like to eat the flesh of his dead brother? Nay, you
would hate it. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is Oft-Returning, Most
Merciful.
10:41
And if they deny you then say, "For me are my deeds, and for
you are your deeds. You are disassociated from what I do, and I am
disassociated from what you do."
4:140
And surely He has revealed to you in the Book that when you hear
the Verses of Allah being rejected and ridiculed, then do not sit
with them until they engage in a conversation other than that.
Indeed, you then, (would be) like them. Indeed, Allah will
gather the hypocrites and disbelievers in Hell all together.
6:91
And they did not appraise Allah with His true appraisal, when they
said, "Allah did not reveal to a human being anything."
Say, "Who revealed the Book which Moses brought as light and
guidance for the people? You make it into parchments, disclosing and
concealing much. And you were taught that which you did not know –
neither you nor your forefathers." Say, "Allah." Then
leave them to play in their discourse.
28:55
And when they hear vain talk, they turn away from it and say, "For
us are our deeds and for you are your
deeds. Peace be on you; we do not seek the ignorant."
42:15
So to that then invite, and stand firm as you are commanded
and do not follow their desires, but say, "I believe in what
Allah has sent down of the Book, and I am commanded to
do justice between you. Allah is our Lord and your Lord. For us are
our deeds and for you your deeds. There is no argument between us and
between you. Allah will assemble us, and to Him is the final
return."
41:33
And who is better in speech than one who invites to Allah and does
righteous deeds and says, "Indeed, I am of the
Muslims/those who submit?"
("Muslim"
is an Arabic word meaning "one who submits (to God)")(Allah
knows best)
29:46
And do not argue with the People of the Book except by which is
best, except those who do wrong among them, and say, "We believe
in that which has been revealed to us and to you. And our God and
your God is One, and we submit to Him."
4:107
And do not argue for those who deceive themselves. Indeed,
Allah does not love (the one) who is treacherous (and) sinful.
4:62
So how when disaster befalls them because of what their hands sent
forth. Then they come to you swearing by Allah, "We did not
intend except good and reconciliation." 4:63 Those are the ones
who - Allah knows what is in their hearts, so turn away from them
and admonish them, and say to them a penetrating word concerning
their souls.
22:68
And if they argue with you, then say, "Allah is most knowing
of what you do. 22:69 Allah will judge between you on the Day
of Resurrection, concerning that over which you used to differ."
(It
is interpreted that the Verses about arguing with them are in the
case that you do not hear vain talk (28:55), nor are the Verses of
Allah rejected or ridiculed (4:140))(The Verses of the Qur’an are
not mutually exclusive, but they complement each other)(Allah knows
best)
20:43
Go, both of you, to Pharaoh. Indeed, he has transgressed. 20:44 And
speak to him a gentle word, perhaps he may take heed or fear."
23:1
Successful indeed are the believers … 23:3 Those
who turn away from vain talk,
6:68
And when you see those who engage (in vain talks) about Our
Verses, then turn away from them until they engage in a talk other
than it. And if Satan causes you to forget, then do not
sit after the reminder with the people - the wrongdoers.
39:23
Allah has revealed the best statement - a Book, resembling
each other oft-repeated. The skins of those who fear their Lord
shiver from it, then their skins and their hearts relax at the
remembrance of Allah. That is the guidance of Allah, He guides with
it whom He wills. And whoever Allah lets go astray, then there is no
guide for him.
(The
Qur’an is the best statement. See the articles below: “Is there
any contradiction in the Qur'an?”, “Is the Qur'an scientifically
correct?”, “The Qur’an and Mathematics”, “Questions
atheists can't answer” and “Which religion is moderate and which
is extreme?”)(Allah knows best)
