Is Karma real? Is there Karma?
9:64 The hypocrites fear lest a Surah be revealed about them, informing them of what is in their hearts. Say, "Mock, indeed, Allah (will) bring forth what you fear."
2:14 And when they meet those who believe, they say, "We believe." But when they are alone with their evil ones, they say, "Indeed, we are with you, we are only mockers." 2:15 Allah mocks at them, and prolongs them in their transgression, they wander blindly.
30:41 Corruption has appeared on the land and the sea for what the hands of people have earned, so that He may let them taste a part of that which they have done so that they may return.
21:41 And verily, Messengers were mocked before you, then those who mocked from them were surrounded by what they used to mock.
16:34 Then they were struck by the evil of what they did, and they were surrounded by what they used to mock.
39:48 And there will become apparent to them the evils of what they earned, and they will be surrounded by that which they used to mock.
45:33 And the evil of what they did (will) appear to them, and they (will) be enveloped by what they used to mock.
2:49 And when We saved you from the people of Pharaoh, (who were) afflicting you with a horrible torment, slaughtering your sons and letting your women live. And in that was a great trial from your Lord. ... 40:45 So Allah protected him from the evils they plotted, and the people of Pharaoh were enveloped by the worst punishment, 40:46 The Fire; they are exposed to it morning and evening. And the Day the Hour (will be) established, "Cause the people of Pharaoh enter the severest punishment."
39:51 Then the evils of what they earned struck them. And those who have wronged of these, will be struck by the evils of what they earned; and they will not be able to escape.
2:286 Allah does not charge a soul except its capacity. It will have what it has earned, and against it what it has earned. "Our Lord, do not take us to task if we have forgotten or erred. Our Lord, and lay not upon us a burden like that which You laid upon those before us. Our Lord, and burden us not with that which we have no strength (of it). And pardon us; and forgive us; and have mercy upon us. You are our Protector, so help us against the disbelieving people."
101:6 Then as for (him) whose scales are heavy, 101:7 Then he (will be) in a pleasant life. 101:8 But as for (him) whose scales are light, 101:9 His abode (will be the) Pit. 101:10 And what will make you know what it is? 101:11 A Fire, intensely hot.
10:27 And those who earned evil deeds, the recompense of an evil deed is the like thereof, and humiliation (will) cover them. They will not have from Allah any defender. As if their faces had been covered with pieces from the darkness of night. Those are the companions of the Fire, they (will) abide in it forever.
40:11 They will say, "Our Lord, You gave us death twice and You gave us life twice, and we confess our sins. So is there any way to get out?"
(The concept of Karma seems compatible with the Qur’an in the sense that good and bad actions have consequences, but Karma is not compatible with the Qur’an in regard to the man-made concept of cyclic reincarnations which is linked to karma. According to Verse 40:11, death and life are twice (a person was dead (non-existent), then alive (in this world), then the person dies (in this world), then he is resurrected (in the Hereafter) and fully recompensed for what he did)(Allah knows best)
23:99 Until when death comes to one of them, he says, "My Lord, send me back 23:100 That I may do righteous (deeds) in what I left behind." No, indeed, it is a word that he speaks, and before them is a barrier until the Day they are resurrected.
(Quoting the article “Karma” in wikipedia, “The philosophy of karma is closely associated with the idea of rebirth in many schools of Indian religions (particularly Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism and Sikhism), as well as Taoism”)(These religions differ from the true religion. See the articles below: “How the Qur’an corrects Hinduism?”, “How the Qur’an corrects Buddhism?”, “How the Qur’an corrects Jainism?”, “How the Qur’an corrects Sikhism?” and “How the Qur’an corrects Taoism/Daoism?”)(Allah knows best)
10:26 For those who do good is the best and more. Neither dust nor humiliation (will) cover their faces. Those are the companions of Paradise, they (will) abide in it forever.
22:56 The Sovereignty on that Day (will be) for Allah, He will judge between them. So those who believe and did righteous deeds (will be) in Gardens of Delight. 22:57 And those who disbelieved and denied Our Verses, then for them (will be) a humiliating punishment.
