Can the Arabic Qur’an be contained in books of other languages?

26:192 And indeed, it (wa-innahu) is surely a Revelation of the Lord of the worlds. … 26:194 Upon your heart, that you may be of the warners. 26:195 In clear Arabic language. 26:196 And indeed, it (wa-innahu) is in the Scriptures of the former people. 26:197 Is it not a sign to them that the scholars of the Children of Israel know it?

(“It” in Verse 26:192, and “it” in 26:196, both refer to “a Revelation” (26:192), because both Verses say “and indeed, it” (wa-innahu); and Verse 26:192 explicitly says that “it” is surely “a Revelation”, so, Verse 26:196 says that the “Revelation” is in the Scriptures of the former people; it does not say that “Arabic language” is in the Scriptures of the former people. This conclusion is also supported by the word “wa” (and) which does not indicate chronological order, so Verse 26:195 (“In clear Arabic language”), and the next one (26:196 “And indeed, it is in the Scriptures of the former people”) do not refer to each other, but Verse 26:196 refers to Verse 26:192, which explicitly says that “it” is surely “a Revelation”)(Allah knows best)

87:17 While the Hereafter is better and everlasting. 87:18 Indeed, this surely (is) in the former Scriptures, 87:19 (The) Scriptures (of) Abraham and Moses.

(Verses 87:17-19 confirm that it refers to a Revelation (e.g. Revelation about the Hereafter (87:17)). There is no mention of the words “Arabic language”, so, the sentence “this surely is in the former Scriptures” is not telling that the former Scriptures were written in Arabic)(Allah knows best)

14:4 And We did not sent any Messenger except in the language of his people so that he might make clear for them. Then Allah lets go astray whom He wills and guides whom He wills. And He is the All-Mighty, the All-Wise.

(This Verse confirms that other Messengers spoke in other languages)(Allah knows best)

10:37 And it was not that this Qur’an could be produced by other than Allah, but (it is) a confirmation of that which was before it and a detailed explanation of the Book, about which there is no doubt, from the Lord of the worlds.

(The Qur’an confirms the Bible (in that which the Qur’an mentions), so the Qur’an speaks about its content, regardless of the language)(Note: Bible means “Books”)(Allah knows best)

2:183 O you who believe, fasting is prescribed to you as it was prescribed to those before you, so that you may become righteous.

(E.g. the Qur’an confirms fasting, which was also revealed in other Scriptures)(Allah knows best)

9:111 Indeed, Allah has purchased from the believers their lives and their wealth, because for them is Paradise. They fight in the way of Allah, they slay and they are slain. A true promise upon Him, in the Torah, and the Gospel, and the Qur’an. And who is more faithful to his promise than Allah? So rejoice in your transaction which you have contracted. And that is the great success.

(E.g. Other Scriptures also speak about Paradise. So, the Qur’an tells about that which is in the former Scriptures)(Allah knows best)
