Why
are some people mean?
19:83
Do you
not see that We
have sent the devils upon the disbelievers, inciting them with
incitement.
13:11
For him are successive before and behind him who protect him by the
Command of Allah . Indeed, Allah will not change the condition of
a people until they change what is in themselves. And when Allah
intends for a people misfortune, there is no turning away of it. And
there is not for them besides Him any protector.
61:5
And when Moses said to his people, "O my
people, why do you hurt me while you certainly
know that I am the Messenger of Allah to you?" Then when they
deviated, Allah caused their hearts to deviate.
And Allah does not guide the defiantly disobedient
people.
64:2
He is the One Who created you, and
among you is a disbeliever and among you is a believer.
And Allah is All-Seer
of what you do.
17:13
And for
every man We have fastened his
fate in his neck,
and We will bring forth for him on the Day of Resurrection a record
which he will find wide open.

Or do they intend a plot? But those who disbelieve are
themselves the plot.

And if We had willed, surely We would have given every soul its
guidance, but the Word from Me will come true, "I
will fill Hell with jinn and men all together.
7:178
Whoever Allah guides, then he is the guided one while whoever He
lets go astray, then those are the losers. 7:179 And certainly
We have created many jinn and men for Hell. They
have hearts with which they do not understand, and they have eyes
with which they do not see, and they have ears with which they do not
hear. Those are like cattle, nay, they are more astray. Those - they
are the heedless.
11:118
And if your Lord had willed, surely He could have made mankind one
community, but they will not cease to differ.
10:99
And if your Lord had willed, those who are on
the earth all of them would surely have believed. Then, will
you compel mankind until they become believers? 10:100 And it
is not for a soul to believe except by the
permission of Allah. And He will place the wrath on those who do
not use reason.
3:119
Lo, you are those who love them, but they do not
love you and you believe in the Book - all of it. And when they
meet you, they say, "We believe." And when they are
alone they bite the fingers tips at you in
rage. Say, Die in your rage. Indeed. Allah is All-Knowing of what
is in the breasts."
21:35
Every soul will taste death. And We
test you with bad and good as a trial;
and to Us you will be returned.
25:20
And We did not sent before you any Messengers but indeed, they
[surely] ate food and walked in the markets. And We have made some
of you as a trial for others, will you have patience?
And your Lord is All-Seer.
5:82
Surely, you will find the strongest among
people in enmity towards those who believe, the Jews
and those who are polytheists; and surely you will find nearest of
them in affection to those who believe, those who say, "We are
Christians." That is because among them are priests and monks,
and that they are not arrogant.
41:34
And the good and the evil are not
equal. Repel by that which is better; then behold, one
between you and between him there was enmity, as if he
was an intimate friend.
12:100
And he raised his parents upon the throne, and they fell down to him
prostrate. And he said, "O my father, this is the interpretation
of my dream of before. Verily, my Lord has made it true. And indeed,
He was good to me when He took me out of the prison, and brought you
from the bedouin life after Satan had caused discord
between my brothers and me. Indeed, my Lord is Most
Subtle to what He wills. Indeed, He is the All-Knower, the All-Wise.
35:5
O mankind, indeed, the promise of Allah is true. So (let) not the
life of the world deceive you, and (let) not the Deceiver deceive you
about Allah. 35:6 Indeed, Satan is an enemy to you, so take him as
an enemy. He only invites his party to be among the companions of
the Blaze.
17:53
And say to My slaves to say
that which is best. Indeed, Satan sows discord between
them. Indeed, Satan is a clear enemy to man.
9:49
And among them is he who says, "Permit me and
do not put me to trial." Surely, into trial they
have fallen. And indeed, Hell will surely surround the
disbelievers.
6:112
And thus We made for every Prophet an enemy - devils from mankind
and jinn, inspiring one another with decorative speech
in deception. But if your Lord had willed, they would not have
done it, so leave them and what they invent.
22:53
That He may make that which Satan
throws a trial for those in whose hearts is a disease,
and those whose hearts are hardened. And indeed,
the wrongdoers are surely in a schism far.
3:175
(It is) only Satan (who) frightens (you) of
his allies. So do not fear them, but fear Me, if you are believers.
