Does Allah only understand Arabic?

2:32 They said, "Glory be to You, no knowledge is for us except what You have taught us. Indeed You are the All-Knowing, the All-Wise.

41:21 And they will say to their skins, "Why do you testify against us?" They will say, "Allah made us speak, the One Who makes everything speak; and He created you the first time, and to Him you will be returned."

55:3 He created man. 55:4 He taught him speech.

20:98 Your God is only Allah, the One, there is no god but He. He has encompassed all things in knowledge.

4:113 And if it was not for the Grace of Allah upon you and His Mercy, surely a group of them had resolved to mislead you. 14:4 And We did not sent any Messenger except in the language of his people so that he might make clear for them. Then Allah lets go astray whom He wills and guides whom He wills. And He is the All-Mighty, the All-Wise.

41:44 And if We had made a Qur’an in a foreign (language), they would have said, "Why are its Verses not explained in detail? Is it a foreign (language) and an Arab?" Say, "It is for those who believe, a guidance and a healing." And those who do not believe, there is deafness in their ears, and it is for them blindness. Those are being called from a far place."

(Those who complain because the language of the Qur’an was in Arabic, according to this Verse, if the Qur’an had been revealed in any other language, they would have not believed anyhow, so they use it as an excuse. So the answer to them is “it is for those who believe, a guidance and a healing”, regardless of someone’s native language)(Non-Muslims do not have the original language of their Scriptures anymore, while Muslims can recite the Qur’an in its original language; some disbelievers seem to be annoyed because Muslims all over the world recite in Arabic. And the Qur’an is the most memorized / fully memorized book in the world, and the only Book to be memorized by millions)(Allah knows best)

26:198 And if We had revealed it to anyone of the foreigners. 26:199 And he had recited it to them, they would not have believed in it. 26:200 Thus We have inserted it into the hearts of the criminals.

(Similarly, those who complain because the Messenger was Arab, according to this Verse, if the Messenger had been non-Arab and was to recite it to them (the criminals), they would have not believed anyhow, so they use it as an excuse)(Allah knows best)

4:157 And for their saying, "Indeed, we have killed the Messiah, Jesus, son of Mary, the Messenger of Allah." And they did not kill him nor did they crucify him; but it was made to appear so to them. And indeed, those who differ in it are surely in doubt about it. They have no knowledge of it except the following of assumption. And certainly they did not kill him.

3:181 Certainly, Allah heard the saying of those who said, "Indeed Allah is poor while we are rich." We will record what they said and their killing the Prophets without right, and We will say, "Taste the punishment of the Burning Fire."

18:93 Until, when he reached between the two mountains, he found besides them a community, who would almost not understand (his) speech.

(Human beings are the ones who do not understand languages. You cannot compare the Creator to the creation)(Cyrus of Persia spoke old Persian, and found a community who would almost not understand (his) speech (18:93))(Allah knows best)

16:103 And We certainly know that they say, "It is only a human being who teaches him." The tongue of the one they refer to is foreign while this is in a clear Arabic language. 16:104 Indeed, those who do not believe in the Verses of Allah, Allah will not guide them, and for them is a painful punishment. 16:105 They only invent falsehood who do not believe in the Verses of Allah, and they are the liars.

(Some non-Muslims wrongly say that Allah only understand Arabic. And they wrongly say that the Qur’an got the Bible wrong, while the Bible contradicts itself, so the Qur’an is a Criterion to know what is true. 41:22 And you were not covering yourselves lest your hearing, and your sight, and your skins (should) testify against you, but you assumed that Allah does not know much of what you do. 41:23 And that was your assumption, which you assumed about your Lord. It has ruined you, and you have become of the losers.

67:14 Does (He) Who created not know? And He (is) the Subtle, the All-Aware.
