Does everyone bear his own burden?
6:164 Say, "Is (it) other than Allah I (should) seek (as) a Lord, while He is the Lord of everything?" And no every soul earns except against itself, and no bearer of burden bears the burden of another. Then to your Lord is your return, then He will inform you about what you were differing concerning it. … 53:38 That not/(no) [a] bearer of burdens will bear (the) burden (of) another,
(Someone bears his burden according to what he earned, because what he earned was against himself, not against someone who is innocent of what he did. On the other hand, he does not bear the burden of another if he did not earn it)(Allah knows best)
35:18 And no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another. And if a heavily laden calls to carry its load, nothing of it will be carried, even if he be a near of kin. You can only warn those who fear their Lord - unseen and establish the prayer. And whoever purifies himself, then only he purifies for his own self. And to Allah is the destination.
2:286 Allah does not charge a soul except its capacity. It will have what it has earned, and against it what it has earned. "Our Lord, do not take us to task if we have forgotten or erred. Our Lord, and lay not upon us a burden like that which You laid upon those before us. Our Lord, and burden us not with that which we have no strength (of it). And pardon us; and forgive us; and have mercy upon us. You are our Protector, so help us against the disbelieving people."
(This verse says “a burden like”, not “the burden of another”)(Allah knows best)
51:59 So indeed, for those who do wrong (is) a portion like (the) portion (of) their companions, so let them not ask Me to hasten.
16:25 That they may bear their own burdens in full on the Day of Resurrection, and of the burdens of those whom they misled without knowledge. Unquestionably, evil is that which they will bear.
(If he was responsible or guilty of what others did (e.g. he misled them), then he earned it against himself, so it does not contradict Verse 6:164, but complements it)(“Of the burdens” is the part of guilt he was responsible of)(Allah knows best)
2:83 And when We took the covenant from the Children of Israel, "Do not worship except Allah, and be good to parents, relatives, orphans and the needy, and speak good to people, and establish the prayer and give the zakah. Then you turned away, except a few of you, and you were refusing. ... 2:91 And when it is said to them, "Believe in what Allah has revealed," they say, "We believe in what was revealed to us." And they disbelieve in what is besides it, while it is the truth confirming that which is with them. Say, "Then why did you kill the Prophets of Allah before, if you were believers?"
(“Bearing the burden of another” is not mentioned in this Verse)(“You”, in the sentence “why did you kill”, refers to “Children of Israel”. In the Arabic language, it is possible to attribute something to a group of people, without that necessarily meaning that it was an act of all of them, so it was they who did it, not others outside ‘the Children of Israel’)(For example, Verse 5:82 mentions “Christians”, as if the Verse were talking about all Christians, but then specifies “priests and monks”, so other Christians could be excluded)(Allah knows best)
3:181 Certainly, Allah heard the saying of those who said, "Indeed Allah is poor while we are rich." We will record what they said and their killing the Prophets without right, and We will say, "Taste the punishment of the Burning Fire."
29:12 And those who disbelieve said to those who believe, "Follow our way, and we will carry your sins." But they are not going to carry anything of their sins. Indeed, they are surely liars. 29:13 But they will surely carry their burdens and burdens with their burdens, and surely they will be questioned on the Day of Resurrection about what they used to invent.
11:35 Or do they say, "He has invented it?" Say, "If I have invented it, then on me is my crime, but I am innocent of what crimes you commit."
(The one who is innocent of what they committed, he does not bear their burden)(Allah knows best)
9:30 And the Jews said, "Uzair is son of Allah." And the Christians said, "Messiah is son of Allah." That is their saying with their mouths, they imitate the saying of those who disbelieved before. (May) Allah destroy them. How deluded are they.
(Those who were deluded by others suffer the consequences)(Allah knows best)
37:32 So we led you astray; indeed, we were (ourselves) astray." 37:33 Then indeed, that Day they (will be) sharers in the punishment.
34:24 Say, "Who provides (for) you from the heavens and the earth?" Say, "Allah. And indeed, we or you (are) surely upon guidance or in clear error." 34:25 Say, "You will not be asked about what/(the) sins we committed, and not/(nor) we will be asked about what you do."
(The context of Verse 34:25 is about believers vs. disbelievers (34:20-23))(Allah knows best)
34:32 Those who were arrogant will say to those who were oppressed, "Did we avert you from the guidance after [when] it had come to you? Nay, (but) you were criminals."
(You cannot use other people as an excuse. The Qur’an is a Guidance (2:2). Those who reject the Verses of the Qur’an are disbelievers (29:47, 84:22, 2:91, 52:33-34, 46:10, 10:95-97, 23:38-39, 40:70))(Allah knows best)
9:115 And Allah (will) not let a people go astray after He has guided them until He makes clear to them what they should fear. Indeed, Allah is All-Knower of everything.
50:27 His companion will say, "Our Lord, I (did) not make him transgress, but he was (himself) in far/(extreme) error." 50:28 He will say, "(Do) not dispute (in) My presence and indeed, I (had) sent forth to you the Warning.
